Tips to Prepare for Your Child's Next Appointment

Dear Parent,

Below are some tips to help manage your child's appointments in these tough times. Together we've got this!

  • WHEN TO CALL AHEAD If you have new insurance. If anyone attending the visit is ill or has been exposed to someone who tested positive or is suspected of having COVID.

  • WHAT TO BRING Masks for everyone entering the building, your kiddo :), any referral slip or x-rays from previous dentist, if applicable.

  • WHO CAN COME One parent/guardian and only children with appointments. If other children are present for appointment they must wait in the lobby or car with parent.

  • WHEN YOU ARRIVE Please wait in your car and TEXT 248.608.2626 with your child/rens names that you have arrived. Our staff will instruct you when to come in. Once you enter you will be provided hand sanitizer, a mask if needed, and asked to fill out a health questionnaire.

  • DURING YOUR CHILD'S APPOINTMENT To help minimize people in the building you may be asked to wait in our "new lobby" - AKA your vehicle.  PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY!  Your children are minors and treatment may not be rendered if you leave. We take their safety seriously.

  • AFTER YOUR CHILD'S APPOINTMENT For parents utilizing our "new lobby" will be notified via text when your child's appointment is complete and instructed to enter to review with our staff.

  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Get up to date COVID facts from sources like the CDC, WHO and your local public health agencies.

Any additional questions please call 248-608-2626 so we can help you.
